Writing goals and dreams down is critical for me to succeed at anything. When I don’t put pen to paper, I rarely succeed at my goals. Thus, The List.
Inspired by Joel Runyon’s Impossible List, my efforts here are to focus on things I want to accomplish and make myself accountable. If I find myself wandering, I can return here and refocus my efforts.

Run a sub 3:30 marathonCompleted 12/3/2017 at California International Marathon 3:23:06- Qualify for the Boston Marathon (Current necessary time is 3:05 flat)
- Run a sub 1:30 half marathon after the age of 30
- Finish an Ironman
- Finish a 50-mile ultramarathon (in under 10 hours)
